Very easy experience considering the situation with COVID-19. You call in to let them know you arrived. They check you in and you wait in your car until they come to get you. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure you understand what to expect during your appointment. They answer all of your questions. They also give you a summery of everything you did during your appointment and schedule you for your next appointment. They are always great at sending text or call reminders.
